Ad-rule check

We catch the posts that could get you in trouble.

Alcohol posts follow federal advertising rules, and the platforms remove posts that break their own. Every draft is checked before it goes anywhere. Here’s one we fixed.

First draft

Hydrate with Cucumber Mint, the guilt-free way to cool off after your run.

  • “Hydrate” and “guilt-free” suggest a health benefit, which alcohol ads can’t claim.
  • “After your run” ties drinking to exercise.
  • No alcohol content shown for the product.

What went out

Cucumber Mint: Pinot Grigio, crisp cucumber and garden mint, 5% alc./vol. Built for hot sand. Sip sunny, sip responsibly.

  • Product described the way the brand describes it.
  • Alcohol content included.
  • Responsible line added.
Two ways to run it

Approve every post, or let us run it hands-off.

Same plan, same price. Pick the one that fits how busy you are, and switch any time with one email.

Every draft comes to you first.

Good for your first months with us, or if you like to see everything.

  • Each post, email and reply arrives as a ready-to-go draft by email.
  • Reply “ok” and it’s scheduled. Reply “edit: …” and we fix it. “skip” and it’s dropped.
  • Nothing goes out without your yes. If we don’t hear back in 2 business days, we hold it.

Your part and ours

You send the news. We do everything else.

Your part takes about an hour a month. Ours is the other thirty.

YouWhat we need from you

Once, at the start

  • Access to Instagram, Facebook and your email tool
  • Your logo, photos and label art, plus anything about your story and voice
  • Where you ship and sell: states, shops, your shop or club links
  • Who approves, if you choose to approve each post

Every month, by the 20th

  • Events for next month: date, time, place, price and what to expect
  • New products, with their approved labels and release dates
  • Promotions and price changes
  • 10 or more new photos or videos. Phone shots are fine.

As it happens

  • Changes the same day: sold out, cancelled, closed early, new hours
  • Replies within 2 business days, if you approve each post

UsWhat we handle

Every month

  • Plan the month around your events, products and holidays
  • Write, design and schedule every post, reel, story and the newsletter
  • Push each event to your site, Instagram, Facebook and email at once
  • Answer comments and messages in your voice
  • Check everything against alcohol ad rules before it goes out
  • Keep your website current with every change you send
  • Send a short report on what went out and what worked

Whenever you need it

  • One email and we update your site and channels
We can only promote what you tell us.

If an event, release or promotion isn’t sent to us, it won’t be posted. We never guess at dates, prices, awards or claims, because a wrong detail in an alcohol ad is your name on the line.

Monthly report

On the last day of the month, a short report.

What went out, what worked and what we need from you next. Five minutes to read.

8posts, reels and stories published
1newsletter sent
3pop-ups promoted on four channels each
1draft fixed by the ad-rule check

What worked

  • Reach, saves, clicks and opens, from Daywell’s own accounts
  • Which post sent the most people to the store finder
  • Which pop-up filled fastest

What we need from you for December

  • Photos from the North Park night
  • The winter flavor’s approved label and launch date
  • Any December pop-ups

In a real report, “what worked” has your actual numbers from your accounts. Daywell is a sample brand, so we haven’t invented any.
